Fallbyreality was founded in 2021 as a remote-first IT consulting and product engineering studio. We exist to help teams ship software and AI systems that hold up in production — not just demos that look good in a meeting.
We started by being the vendor we wished we could hire
Before Fallbyreality, our founders spent years inside product teams — managing vendors who over-promised, under-delivered, and left a mess behind. We built this studio to be the opposite: senior engineers, honest timelines, and code you are proud to inherit.
Today we operate as a compact, senior team of software and AI engineers. No layers of account managers between you and the people doing the work. You talk to the engineers building your system from day one.
Our software practice covers custom desktop applications, native and cross-platform mobile development, and the integrations and APIs that connect them to your business.
Our AI practice is built for production, not demos. We specialize in agentic systems — multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented chatbots, and automation pipelines on n8n and LangChain — all shipped with guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
We are remote-first and deliberate about it. It lets us hire the best engineers regardless of location and keep overhead low — savings we pass on in the form of senior people on every engagement, not juniors learning on your budget.
